How to Instantly Get Better at ANYTHING with One Simple Trick

Without any fluff or further ado, here is your simple trick for getting instantly better at ANYTHING:

Flip the Script

If you're not sure what I mean, here's a little more detail.

So often, when we find ourselves trying to "Get Better" at something, the biggest thing keeping us from actually getting more satisfying results, is that we tell ourselves that we suck at whatever it is we want to get better at.

Here's some examples of the kinds of ways we get in our own way:
  • If you're a blogger or content creator (like I am), you might find you often tell yourself you're too slow at writing your blog posts or articles.
  • If you're a life or business coach of some kind, you might find yourself often thinking you aren't good at finding clients or selling yourself when you do find clients.
  • If you've got an ebook or other product to sell, you might commonly tell yourself you aren't good at promoting your product because you don't know where to start.
  • If you're a struggling student in prelimary schooling or college, it might be more likely that you tell yourself that you suck at math or science or another important subject you need to pass in order to get a great grade or get your degree.
  • If you're experiencing some trouble fishing through the dating ponds, you might be telling yourself that you're not a good date or that you're too nice and that nice guys/gals finish last or that you only attract bad dates.
  • If you're in a relationship that's been experiencing lots of challenges lately, it might be that you often tell yourself that everything is a fight or that you're partner just doesn't love you or doesn't care, or that you're just not good at relationships.
  • Or maybe you're having a hard time feeling like a good parent with your infant, toddler, or teenager; in this case, you're biggest obstacle is how often you tell yourself you're a bad parent.
Or it could be a completely different challenge.

Thankfully, flipping the script works with all problems.

Using some of the above examples of negative self talk that blocks your success, let's practice using the flip the script technique:
  • If you're a content creator or blogger, STOP telling yourself you're a slow writer and start telling yourself that you're a strong and fast author who knows just what to write.
  • If it's trouble with parenthood that you're struggling with, STOP telling yourself it's a struggleor that you're a bad parent and start telling yourself that motherhood or fatherhood comes naturally to you.
  • If you're struggling with selling yourself, selling your products, or getting new clients, start telling yourself that you are great at finding new clients, and hardly ever even need to sell yourself or your products, because people naturally want to buy or subscribe already.
  • If you're in a relationship that's been on the rocks, start flipping the script by telling yourself a new story about your relationship; like how often you have wonderful and peaceful conversations, how easy it is to communicate with your partner, and how often you can feel the love you're partner has for you.
Part of how this trick works, is that our minds our are very skilled a finding confirmation of what we already believe is true.

So if you believe you're not good at something, you're brain will look for and find evidence to back up your beliefs, and likewise, if you believe you are very good at something; then you're brain will look for and find evidence that you are very good at that something.

And building up your belief that you're good at what you want to be good at, starts with telling yourself that you are already good at it; even if you have a mountain of evidence in front of you that proves that you're not.

Just like forcing your mouth into the shape of a smile regularly, can produce higher levels of happiness and contentment without any further interference, telling yourself that you're good at something often, will automatically and instantly make you better at anything.

And remember, as always, you don't have to just trust me.

Try it out for yourself and watch the results you get.

The better you get at believing in yourself, the better your skills and abilities will become without any hard effort.
